So Backtraxx is BACK! "Bring It All Back" is the debut single by British pop group S Club 7. It was co-written by S Club 7, Eliot Kennedy, Mike Percy and Tim Lever for the group's debut album 'S Club', which was released in 1999. Kennedy, Percy and Lever also produced the song, which received a mixed reception from music critics. It was released on 7 June 1999 and is the album's lead single from the album. 'Bring It All Back' was used as the theme music to their CBBC series Miami 7 as well. It reached the top spot in the UK and was certified platinum. It also reached the top ten in Sweden and Ireland.
This song is REALLY included on my 'Early-2000's songs that shook my life'! I have their debut album (the cassette version). Ahh, those were the times...
Track #1 from her compilation album 'Best Of' last 2006, I don't know if this became a single before or a new song added for that album.
I love the song very much! You know, I'm a Christina Milian fan up to her 'Us Against The World' era. It has this sound that makes you grind to the dance floor. Another strong effort from Xtina Milian!
'Let It Slide' was Joanna Pacitti's first (and last?) Single from her 2006 first (and last?) album 'This Crazy Life'. I know that 90% of people who visit my blog don't know her. So here's a short biography:
She was supposed to be playing the lead role as Annie in 'Annie: The Musical' but because of bronchitis, she was fired. She was also a contestant on 'American Idol season 9' but because of legal issues and rules (she relesed this album before she joined the show, and she claims that she is a friend of AI's producer) she was disqualified and right now, she's out of sight.
The song is super hot! Her soaring voice soared in the midst of the pop/rock sound!
5/5
The video is awesome too. She is pretty but prettier when she cartoonized herself! Very creative video!
This song was the 4th single from their self-titled debut album in 1998. 'I Wanna Love You' peaked inside the top 20 in many European countries.
I love this song eversince! It has this agressive beats that makes you rock your head without even noticing it! And it's my favorite Solid HarmoniE track.
While I'm/We're eagerly waiting for her 2017 album (kidding!), Lemme give you a treat taken from her gorgeous album 'Dignity' last 2007 with the song-that-should-have-been-released 'Gypsy Woman'.
The song was hot hot HOT! It's like a part 2 of her song 'Stranger' with arabian-ish sound but this song was way better!
I may be the only one who know her. Okay, she's Rhona Bennett, a Mickey Mouse Club cast alongside Christina Aguilera, Justin Timberlake, and Britney Spears. She's also a past member of U.S. divas En Vogue, she also released an album last 2001 and only available in Japan and other Asian countries, glad I got my copy coz' that was super epic! Like the lead single 'Satisfied' that reached the top 5 in Asian and European countries. She is also owned the title 'The First Lady of Darkchild' and I don't know why. She got the voice, the looks, the package!
Here are two of her songs from her uber hot self-titled debut album, the uplifting 'Look To The Sky' and 90's sounding power ballad 'The First Time', both got 5/5 for me.
'I want to make a catchy song about sneakers', that's what Baby V did last 2008 with her 1st single from her 2nd (my favorite) album 'Identified'.
At first, I thought it was pretty ugly song but I always hear this on the radio and fell in love with it! The song sounds like a glam-poppish with a retro twist and that's cute, the only negative I can say is her voice. It sounded like she's trying to be Christina Aguilera but she fell flat.
3/5
The prettiest thing about the song is the video! I really love those glowing sneakers and she really looked super dooper gorgeous. I like the dance scenes. Honestly, I'm never interested to hear the rest of her album but because of this vid, I thought I should give it a try and I kept on listening to her 2 albums almost every week up to now!
Ahh, the very 1st single from Sugababes 1.0 from their debut and (for me) their best album to date 'One Touch'.
The song is actually my 2nd favorite from the band, the 1st is 'Run For Cover'. 'Overload' have this 'windy' sound or distortion in backwards and i like the beat! It's not too pop, just alright. Kinda sad that original Sugababes members are gone and the Sugababes 4.0 are making what everybody has been doing (except 'Wear My Kiss', I think that was hot).
Just played my recordings from the old cassette tapes and I heard me singin' this song. I kept on thinking what it is and then everything pops out my mind, yes, It's my favorite song before! 'Everything' was m2m's lead single from their 2nd and last album 'The Big Room'...I used to love this song and it started to grow on me again.
The song is short and sweet definately my favorite m2m track. I like their voices in here and the feel-good sound.
5/5
And the video is my favorite video from them. They're pretty hot, especially Marion (Marit is cute too). JUST WATCH IT!
For those of you who's asking who the hell is this guy, well, Nickhun is a Thai artist and member of a Korean boy band 2PM. 'We Become One' is his 2008 solo song. I don't know if it is a single or not.
The song sounded like the ones you usally hear in a coffee shop but it's sooo addicting after several repeat and it's a fun song. And the language is Thai.
Since I'm inlove in their songs...it made me research some of B*witched's old songs and I heard this...'Hold On' was supposed to be the lead single from their 3rd untitled album but unfortunately, before that happened...they where eventually dropped by their record company so this is the last song they made that we heard.
This is really a fell-good kinda song and it's pretty refreshing to hear this kind of song since we are being polluted by electropuke I mean electropop nowadays.
We're going to step 2 years back 2008. 'Radar' was the song of the year for me. Scrapped single from her album 'Blackout' but mysteriously released as a single on her last album 'Circus'...weird. That only means that this song was really hot that it should be in Ms. Spears 2 studio albums!
This is def. my favorite Britney song. From the really hot chorus that other singer would kill to have. The hot beat! The really sexy refrain! And here, Britney actually sounded good even with autotune!
5/5
I can't post the video coz i think it was the most boring vid of her and i don't want to destroy my happiness with the song. For the video:
One of my faves Brandy at her best. Right Here (Departed) was the carrier single from her 2008 album 'Human', also one of my favorite album.
The song was produced by Darkchild, the song's message is good, the beat is really great, her voice is just AMAZING and her trademark harmony thing is just out of this world!
5/5
The video for the song was good but nothing really spectacular about it and it kinda fell short compared to the song.
Phfew. I'm back, and because of that I shall give you a 'refreshing' song.
"Jump Down" is a song by Irish girl group B*Witched, released as their seventh and (to date) final single. This was the third release from their second album Awake and Breathe, on 20 March 2000.
I only heard the song last week and it grew on me! It has similar sound to another B*witched favorite 'Jesse Hold On' Enjoy!
"Rumors" is a pop song recorded by Lindsay Lohan for her debut album, Speak. It was released as the album's first and lead single on September 21, 2004 (see 2004 in music) in the United States. Although it failed to chart on the Billboard Hot 100, it peaked at #6 on the Bubbling Under Hot 100 Singles chart. It was successful in countries such as Australia, where it peaked at #10 on the ARIA Charts, and Germany where it peaked at #14 on the Germany Singles Chart.

Production on the music video began on September 11, 2004 and MTV included the production of the video on its television series, Making the Video. Jake Nava was chosen to direct the video. Nava is known for directing music videos for Leona Lewis and Britney Spears. In the beginning of the video, Lohan is followed by paparazzi as she is entering her car. It is revealed that this is a Lindsay-look-alike and that the real Lohan is entering another car to go to a club. The car comes to a stop and she then steps into an elevator and sings the first verse of the song while she is filmed by a CCTV camera in the elevator. The next sequence shows her running through a hallway, dressed up, before getting into the club. There, she dances in the crowd, where she takes a picture of one of the paparazzi herself to get back at him. In the next sequence she is walking slowly through the club where she finds the man who seems to be her boyfriend. She takes a seat next to her lover and they begin kissing and touching each other, all the while being constantly filmed by cameras in the club. While Lohan sings the second chorus she is trapped in a cage in the middle of the club and the whole crowd is watching her. After this Lohan is shown dancing in the club with her friends. At the end of the music video Lohan and her friends enter the top of a high-rise and perform a dance routine while helicopters are circling around them. Finally Lohan gets into a helicopter and escapes. In the end she throws her camera away with all the pictures taken of her. The sexually suggestive video reached number one on MTV's Total Request Live and was nominated for Best Pop Video at the 2005 MTV Video Music Awards. There is an unedited version of the song which is about twelve seconds longer than the album version because it features a dance break. The edited version without the dance break was never officially released.
"I Believe in You" is a dance-pop song performed by Australian singer Kylie Minogue and written by Minogue and Scissor Sisters members Jake Shears and Babydaddy. It was produced by Shears and Babydaddy, and received an overall positive reception from music critics when it was released as the first single from Minogue's second greatest hits compilation, Ultimate Kylie, in December 2004. In the upbeat eurodance song, Minogue describes how she believes in her lover rather than anything else. The single peaked at number two in the United Kingdom and at number six in Australia. The song became a dance club hit in the United States, peaking at number three on the Billboard Hot Dance Club Play chart in 2005 and earning a nomination for a 2006 Grammy Award in the "Best Dance Recording" category.
My favorite un-popular girl group! By the way, the song was released last 2008 from their 'scrapped' debut album.
The song is pretty hot, with the awesome beats and their powerful voices..YES, all of them can sing, like four Beyonces' in a group.
4.5/5
But the video fell a little bit for me. It has a decent cinematography but lacking in a dance routine. The video is full of close-ups, and I felt like something is really missing.
This song was released last 2008 (but i started to feel liking it last month).
The song itself have its vibrant feeling to give to the listeners, but it has a scary refrain. 4/5
The video is a creepy one. Stiletos, mannequins, witches and high fashion dress and a hair that looks exactly like lady gaga. I FELL INLOVE WITH THE SONG AFTER SEEING THE VIDEO. 5/5
(KERLI CAME OFF FIRST THAN LADY GAGA, so stop the comparing them.)
