this year, both time back in January,
and this will be the third time Nicole
has been a cover girl for the rags
this year. She got a mention in this
blog for scooping the tabloids by
mentioned she would be marrying
her longtime boyfriend Joel Madden
on David Letterman's show in
February and Weekly Life & Style
did a follow-up a few weeks later.
Star did a story on spoiled rotten
celebrity kids and mentioned
Nicole's little girl Harlow. Nicole and
Joel have two children together.



Now, the rag owned by the same
parent company as the Enquirer but
seemingly with its own editorial
control has said the wedding is off
and they have been separated for a
month, and Joel spent nights with a
masseuse and a model. Looking
stuff up online,
Entertainmentwise.com says the
source was a DJ who has since
recanted.

Kylie Minogue performed 'Get Outta My Way'! U.S. Comeback!

Aussie Pop Superstar Kylie Minogue just performed her 2nd and latest single 'Get Outta My Way' from her chart-topping album 'Aphrodite' on 'America's Got Talent'.

Well, this performance was deemed as her 'comeback performance' in the U.S...The performance was hot! Her voice is amazing (well, that's just my analysis), the army of dancers was also great...but I kinda not feel her look. Anyways, good performance and I hope she'll get a hit in the U.S. with this addictive single.

Jordin Sparks' tour BOMBS.

Sorry AGAIN guys!!! Anyways, beginning in early May, Sparks embarked on “ The Battlefield Tour” — a small, three month tour playing in theaters, ballrooms, casinos and amusement parks across the US. Nine out of the total 39 shows have had their boxscore reported by Idol Stages, revealing that the majority of those shows had Jordin playing to half- empty venues. Her biggest success was at the Nokia Theater in New York, to which she played to a crowd capacity of 83%, but many of the other shows fell below 50%, with her worst being a gig at the Crystal Ballroom in Portland in which she played to a shocking 10% capacity.

FLOP. It's so sad that TALENTED singers are the one that is flopping right now, while at the top, autotuned prince and princesses are present. :(

Faith Evans Arrested!

R&B singer Faith Evans was arrested late Saturday after she was stopped at a drunken driving checkpoint near Marina del Rey, according to police. The Grammy Award-winning songstress was arrested on suspicion of misdemeanor drunken driving at 10:40 p.m. at a checkpoint at Washington and Lincoln boulevards, according to Officer Cleon Joseph of the Los Angeles Police Department.

Well, it's not her first arrest. In 2004, Evans and her current husband, record company executive Todd Russaw, were arrested and charged with possession of marijuana and cocaine after a traffic stop near Atlanta and spent 13 weeks in rehab.

POOR GIRL. :(

KPOP ALERT: Taeyang got 1,000,000++ views on YouTube with comeback single!

It’s safe to say that Taeyang’s captured everyone attention with his latest international release album: in two days after hitting iTunes and various music sites for a global audience, the music video for I’ll Be There has captured Perez Hilton’s attention and now surpassed one million views on Youtube.

Well, there are other Korean acts achieving this feat and even surpassed this feat. Anyways, congrats Taeyang.

I've watched the video, and it's awesome! Worth the time! And the song is also good both in English and Korean.

Mariah to be an American Idol judge?

Mooriah uh uhm. I mean Mariah Carey is reportedly still on the list of possible judges for the new season of American Idol. Here is the latest report from E! News:

Ken Baker of E! News says: “Mariah is definitely in the mix. I’m told that she’s wanted to be a part of the show for a very long time. Of course she has been as a guest but she really does want to be a judge and I’m told by a very good source that they are in final negotiations with her so we could find out within the next few weeks whether she’s going to join that panel”.

Good news for her! Hope she'll truly be the next judge. Idol makes me excited now. :)

Lady GaGa: Space-Age Queen

Lady Gaga has just surpassed Britney Spears as the most followed person on Twitter. At the time of this post, Lady Gaga has 5,674,003 followers while Britney Spears has 5,670,352.

Spears stole the 'most-followed on Twitter' title from Ashton Kutcher just three months ago. The comedic actor currently has 5,555,180 followers. Gaga's popularity on Twitter should not come as a shock. Gaga, 24, is the most popular online entity in the world. The Bad Romance singer has over 16 million Facebook fans and nearly 350,000 Youtube subscribers -- even President Barack Obama's popularity on the Internet comes in second place to Gaga's!

I'm Back!!!

Guys! I'm really really sorry for not updating my blog for 12 freakin' days! I'm busy as hell coz' of tons of assignments, projects and presentations in school!

I treat this day as my 'comeback day'! I've been collecting some ideas on how to make my blog really nice to your eyes! I'm going to change few things my blog:

1. I'm not going to post my weekly list anymore. Instead, I'm going to turn the tables around and let YOU decide on what songs should I listen for the following week by giving you guys a poll.

2. Since August became a slow month, it's bias for our current Artist of the Month Christina Aguilera, I decided to prolong her throne until the 10th of September but still, the poll for September's Artist of the Month is going to close at August 31 and will be proclaimed by September 10.

Electro-pop goddess BoA just premiered the video of her ultimate Korean comeback single 'Hurricane Venus'

My Verdict:
The video is super good (cinematically speaking), her dance breakdowns are super hot, the costumes were great, I think it will look good in 3-D (stay tuned for that). It's not her best (the video for 'Eat You Up' still owns the throne) but it's a one hot solid effort!

Well, maybe you don't know this woman, well...me too, her song became my favorite for the past week so I decided to introduce her to you.

Paloma Faith (born Paloma Faith Blomfield; 21 July 1985) is a British singer-songwriter and actress. In 2009, she released her debut single " Stone Cold Sober", then her debut album, Do You Want the Truth or Something Beautiful?, which was certified Platinum by the British Phonographic Industry. Her debut album stayed within the top 40 album charts for over 40 weeks. The album has spawned four singles: " Stone Cold Sober", "New York", title track "Do You Want the Truth or Something Beautiful?" and "Upside Down". Faith made her feature film debut in the 2007 remake of St Trinian's.

Faith began her debut tour, the Do You Want the Truth or Something Beautiful Tour , on 12 February 2010. In April 2010, Faith announced a new tour to begin in October.

She's a good Amy Winehouse alternative but since I don't listen to Amy, Paloma is my best jazz singer...PROOF?

Check out the spine-tingling single 'New York', one of the few songs that I'll definately never forget from this year. The song of course is jazz, but the choir, the music, and her mid-ranged voice are the ones that made me have goosebumps.

Earlier this day, Xtina and Cher's new movie 'Burlesque' was released...well, just the trailer and you know what?...

WOOH! HOTNESS TO THE CORE!!!

Even though my co-bloggers wasn't feelin the same as mine, it didn't changed my outlook towards the movie.

Charice is ready to release a new single!

Newly-botoxed 18 year old Filipina pop singer/glee actress Charice is set to release a follow-up on her U.S. minor hit and Asia Uber hit 'Pyramid' but don't expect it to be on her self-titled U.S. debut album, since she called it a 'New' Lady GaGa inspired dance song to be able to compete with what's hot on U.S. charts right now.

I don't know if it's a new single for a new album. I do think it's a new single from a re-release album, or just a single to coincide with her 'Glee' stint. Pretty excited for that song!
